How We Are Trading

Our shop is now closed following the Coronavirus outbreak. The Government are however encouraging online trading and we are therefore accepting online and telephone orders for delivery only. The flower supply chain is limited in terms of availability and frequency, which has meant our range of bouquets available to order has been reduced, and there may be times when we need to substitute flowers. However we can assure you that the bouquet we create will be beautiful and fresh.

The health and wellbeing of our employees and valued customers is a key priority and we will be working alone in the shop whilst completing orders and delivering them without any contact. This will mean knocking on the recipients door and leaving the flowers on the doorstep rather than handing them over. If the recipient is in isolation or unable to answer the door for any reason, we can leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox. We do not require a signature for proof of delivery. Hopefully this will allow everyone to stay safe.

In order for us to manage the supply of flowers and working hours, we are unable to take orders for delivery for the following day. We are also adding to our range a number of ‘florist’s choice’ options which will allow us to choose the freshest and best value blooms to create your bouquet. The flower option provides loose flowers for the recipient to arrange and this is also a good choice for customers who would still like to have quality fresh flowers in their homes.

If you have any concerns or questions prior to placing an order, please do not hesitate to call or send an email, and we will be happy to help.
